Prectegie CV Privacy Policy

Prectegie CV provides CV, career, coaching, company-insight, messaging, and related services. This policy explains the data handled by our Android, iOS, Windows, and web experiences.

Data we handle

• Account and profile data, including name, username, email, phone, photo, age-related information, and sign-in identifiers.
• CV content, employment preferences, applications, coaching bookings, ratings, company reviews, questions, and support messages.
• Files you choose to upload, including CVs, images, audio, documents, and payment-receipt images.
• Device and service data such as IP address, app events, diagnostics, crash reports, notification tokens, and security logs.
• Safety reports, blocked-account choices, moderation decisions, and related evidence you submit.
• Advertising identifiers and rewarded-ad events when ads are available. Reward credits are granted only after server verification.

Why we use data

We use data to provide requested services, authenticate accounts, process bookings and credit transactions, deliver messages and notifications, prevent fraud, secure the service, fix failures, measure performance, and show contextual or consented advertising. We do not sell CV content or private messages.

Service providers and sharing

Data is shared only as needed with infrastructure and service providers, including hosting and storage, Google Firebase services for analytics, messaging, and crash reporting, and Unity LevelPlay and configured mediation partners for advertising. Data may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect users and the service. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You control optional camera, microphone, photo, file, notification, and tracking permissions through the app and operating-system settings. Advertising consent or opt-out signals are passed to supported ad partners. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

Retention and account deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purposes above. Use the in-app Settings option or our account page to deactivate sign-in while preserving the account for administrator-assisted restoration. You may separately request irreversible erasure by contacting support. Limited records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations; retained records are restricted and removed when the applicable period ends.

Children

Prectegie CV is a career service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal data.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted network transport, credential protection, logging, and other safeguards. No system is completely secure. Providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
